In my opinion there is no-one better in the industry in terms of level of customer service, knowledge of her market, standard of product, empathy, patience ability to remain calm in a crisis and comfort the most tearful of brides. But above all of this her sheer determination to deliver perfection, on what is your day is second to none. I wish Nicki every success in the future because she deserves it!
